Privacy Policy
CryptoBoat ("we") runs the browser game at https://cryptoboat.boats. This page explains which personal data we process, why, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data we collect
- Account: email address, company name and a hashed password (we never store your password in readable form).
- Game data: your fleet, cargo, progress, missions and the days you played.
- Payments: when you buy Pearls we store the order, amount, status and the blockchain transaction reference. Payments are processed by NOWPayments; we never hold your wallet keys.
- Withdrawals: if you request a prize withdrawal we store the BNB Smart Chain address you enter.
- Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you logged in, and server logs (IP address, browser) kept for security.
Why we use it
- To run your account and the game (contract).
- To process payments, prizes and withdrawals and to prevent fraud (contract and legitimate interest).
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
- To show advertising that keeps the game free (consent, or legitimate interest for non-personalised ads).
Advertising and cookies
We show ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads and measure them. If you choose "Accept", ads may be personalised; if you choose "Only necessary", Google shows non-personalised ads. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. Our session cookie is strictly necessary and does not require consent.
Who receives your data
Our hosting provider (Oracle Cloud), the payment processor (NOWPayments), Google (advertising) and, if enabled, our email provider. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Account and game data while your account is active. Payment and withdrawal records for the period required by tax law. Server logs for up to 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing or withdraw consent at any time, and complain to your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). Contact us at the email address below.

Destinatari, conservazione, diritti
I dati sono trattati dal fornitore di hosting (Oracle Cloud), da NOWPayments, da Google per la pubblicità e, se attivo, dal fornitore email. Non vendiamo i tuoi dati. Conserviamo i dati finché l'account è attivo e i dati di pagamento per il tempo previsto dalle norme fiscali.
